InterServer Review

After 4 months, nothing has really improved. I am still struggling every day to get email. I believe that it might be a security issue. I have had over 2000 email to my info@ email address. All are slightly different, but it could be that whoever is sending them might also be trying to login to my account with brute force. Today, I deleted that email address to see if that will resolve the issue. One would think that after 4 months, maybe InterServer would do a more thorough investigation to find out what is causing this issue nearly every day. It isn't me... I know my password, so if it is brute force, maybe they can figure out a way to stop it. But I have NEVER had these problems with any other hosting provider and I have used 4 in the past. A month has passed, so no refund is possible, meaning I either continue to waste hours a week on the phone with tech support, or switch companies and hope the problem doesn't follow me.

Since the very first moment I bought hosting domain from interserver, I have been in so much pain and tension just because of this fake fraud group of people. Kindly stay away and totally stay away from them. No real support exists. My God can anyone on this Earth be so big scammer. I have to migrate my site and 3 days were left into old hosting expiration. I saw their page and they marketed different rates but asked for different, Any way I paid whatever link they have provided and then I got welcome email with the c panel. And then they said they received no payment. Verify the card I did exactly they said. I was requesting them to start migration before the expiration date but they kept on denying about payment. Now I sent those tons of emails that how could you provide me c panel link when you got no payment. I told that ask some senior to contact me immediately or provide me with chat support or any number but nobody replied. Finally after 4 days domain payment acceptance email came, though in the mean time my domain hosting was expired still I requested them to start process to save my domain hosting, but they still said you only paid for domain. I said how it’s possible that I paid with the same link and bought domain hosting altogether but every logic, every request went in vain. My card support team was even unable to understand what this hosting company doing when the payment was clearly made. So after several days finally they accepted payment. And now again they were not doing anything, I requested my old hosting company to provide me domain code and backups, they did me favor and provided me with everything now when I provided them with everything they emailed me about cancellation of my domain hosting. When I asked they said okay we continue and now till date they could not be able to transfer my domain and hosting every time the email is returning with one excuse after the other. I am wondering why there is no central monitoring authority to check these kinds of scammers. They should be immediately banned instead of getting open permission to scam people in the name of providing hosting. Update They replied me with the biggest lie that we have completed your back up? seriously? Shame on you. No one has even initiated the migration. What a dare to tell big lies openly. Final UpdateFinally on the 21th of April my site is live again, All credit goes to Mr. John Quaglieri who took charge in his hand and migrated my site successfully. I just want to thank that kind person. I believe it is morally right to openly express my gratitude to Mr. John. The entire company should learn from its mistakes and prioritize providing genuine value to customers instead of relying on deceptive marketing tactics.

It's been 4 days and my dedicated server has still not been set up. They're support team is useless. They just keep telling me "I have escalated this with our hardware team"

My experience with Interserver is great! When I moved from my previous hosting to Interserver they made experience seamless. The customer support and their admin team are very responsive and will go a long way to help you solve the problem you're facing with your website or hosting issues.I really appreciate the support they have given me in resolving WordPress cloning issues and restoring my website after 403 forbidden error. It means a lot to me.. I highly recommend them if you're looking for affordable hosting platform with good customer support.

Interserver & Fastcomet - Scammers in the Web Hosting Industry ( They KEEP Your Money and DO NOT PAY YOU! some months ago I drove 6 sales, I had to beg them to pay me, and they payed me 2 out of 6. As usual, their explanation said that they are not aware about those sales. Later I found out that those users who bought under my affiliate links have their websites for their businesses... Your affilaite marketers, if you are reading this, never promote these scamers - Interserver & Fastcomet - Promote other companies - thank me later. Hesitation? check out more reviews over the internet. They scam affiliate marketers and users. It is a shame that i cannot provide the links for you to read these aweful reviews about these companies...

When ordering the server, the support didn't know if they were using water cooling or overclocking. I decided to proceed with the purchase anyway, even though I knew support would be an issue. It didn't matter because I can handle everything on my own. On their website, it says that it will take 24 hours to provision a server. I ended up on the Live Chat asking when it would be done after 24 hours, and they said to give them 24-48 hours. I ended up doing so and created a ticket to see the progress. The server was delayed because they were on a backlog of orders, so they gave a refund. The backend seems messy, and the team seems all over the place.

Interserver is a great hosting company, and easy to use. I thank you for your good customer support. They responded to me and solved my issue in the best way.

Interserver migrate all my websites to the new server without charge and everything is working perfect!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!After the hardware failure at the beginning of March, my site was migrated to a different server. For the last 30 days I have been having severe performance issues with the website. I provided the support engineers with all needed information to replicate the issue, including the Admin credentials to the entire site -- All I received is 'Tier 1' and 'screen-reader' type responses and suggestions to do things that do not solve anything and simply do not make much sense, like "you need to disable re-Captcha"... Really?!? Seriously?!? Hmm, re-Captcha has been around a couple of days now and worked just fine on the 'old' server!!!These guys are not willing to help and/or dedicate needed resources to actually fix the issue that was caused by them. One of the Tech Support guys suggested calling 'Sales Line' and to ask to be connected to Tier 3 - as a result, the CTO chimed-in on the ticket and stated that he (the CTO of the company!!!) has no expertise or ability to resolve the issue and I need to continue working with the same Admin who could not help with fixing the issue in the first place! WoW! Folks, it does not really matter what your monthly budget or revenue is, $5, $50, $500, $5000, or whatever it may be -- you best spend it somewhere where the hosting company will actually appreciate your business and will be willing to fix the issue that was caused by them to begin with!INTERSERVER.NET IS DEFIATELY NOT THAT COMPANY!

They guided me through setting up WordPress on VPS and with their low cost VPS Storage hosting, I just can't ask for more! Thank you Interserver!!!
