I transferred my domain to another hosting company. It was a big mistake. The other company offers a fabulous relationship with an AI. I couldn't get anyone on the phone or get help. I came back to Network Solutions. In 2 days they have helped me more than I could ever have imagined. Not to over simplify, 5 stars for me, is perfection. No person or company is perfect. But Network Solutions checks all the boxes and I am very, very grateful they took me back!!

CSR Lea A. was knowledgeable and friendly about Network Solutions products/services. Based on her performance I rated 5 stars. Lea realized I was frustrated with a different CSR time consuming, slow online chat - Lea calmly and effectively was able to make me feel more confident in her company. So I forgot my email which I used to register my account with them and I tried and tried and tried different methods but nothing workedthen I started a support chat and Kavya the person helped me as my issue wasn't a small issue she took time to understand and asked her manager twice and gave me the resolution.thanks kavya and team network solutions

What this company has managed to achieve in terms of the levels of friction and difficulty they have embedded in their online portal is truly staggering. It's actually impossible to log in and renew a domain. Upon entering a username and password, the customer is then asked to enter a code which they are supposed to text to the customers mobile phone. When no text arrived I opened a chat case with a live agent. They asked me for my security PIN in order to authenticate me. After this I was informed by the agent that they are moving away from 2FA as it's not secure (???) I asked why they still asked for a code to be entered if they are no longer sending this by SMS. At this point I was told that I needed to tecover my account from my email address but the email they had for me was out of date. I was unable to update this as I can't log into my account. I have been waiting two days for them to reset my email address and four days later have still not been able to log on. Old world company with old outdated processes and unhelpful agents. Gutted that I chose this company. Managing my domain name with this company is a total nightmare.

Strike two! Called in February to cancel a domain name that was going to auto renew in April. Got notice in April that the renewal was "coming up". Called to be sure it was cancelled. Not only, not cancelled, but used my credit card on file to auto renew anyway! Unacceptable! 1-2-3 Strikes....Want to rectify this NS? You have 24 hours to email me before I call my Visa company and dispute the charge. Claim #BIL30540.
