Been with HG for 12+ years. In the last few months, we have been unable to access Builder and after numerous "escalated" complaints...still nothing. It seems they are pushing CMS builders rather than the HG Builder included in my package. With no concern and lack of a resolution, we are now seeking new hosting. Receiving "generic" scripted email communications is infuriating. Sadly, HG no longer offers the level of customer service they once did. As a small business owner, it is very discouraging. If we did business like HG does, we would be out of business! It's unfortunate that HG expects us to wait until they find a "work-around" as they call it. It's been since their November '23 changes apparently. Who knows how many users are affected by this. We think we have been more than patient! And for the inconvenience...they offered an additional month of hosting. Why would we want any additional time of hosting that is not what we paid for? Ridiculous! We regret referring other small businesses and plan to share this experience with other businesses we work with. No small business owner should have to be treated with such lack of concern. Still receiving "An error occurred. If this issue persists, please contact support." We have...still nothing! What was a 5 star company is now 2 star in our opinion. They only earned the 2 star because they were wonderful for the prior years of service. Very sad. HG...you should be ashamed.
