I am not an expert at Wordpress so I especially appreciate the Kinsta customer service. They flag any issues and then will walk me through how to solve them if I can't figure it out. So kind and thorough. I know I am good hands with them. Plus, I love the daily backups so I can update my plugins without any concern.
Regret signing up for Kinsta in the past... Kinsta used to be great. But nowadays, it's terrible. If you want to have some basic features like increase PHP memory, something you definitely want when using Elementor and plugins like Crocoblock to work fluently. You used to be able to get the best support there and a very good solid hosting. But that's in the past. If your browsing for a host for your WP/ Elementor site, skip Kinsta.
Kinsta is easily the best hosting service and the best support team I have had the pleasure of working with in my two decades of working in the industry.
It's hard to quantify the amount of problems that working with Kinsta has taken away from me. Going from a "known" hosting to a known, but premium one makes a difference and especially because they have the support of Google. I think that what they do, they do well. There is always room for improvement and I hope they continue doing it as they have done so far.
The support team are very knowledgeable but also very honest and if they need to escalate or they are having platform issues they let me know what and why and importantly how long it should take to get resolved or escalted. Gives me confidence to work with them and recomend them to others.

I am a long-standing WordPress developer of 20+ years, who relies heavily on decent hosting and support partnerships to run and maintain enterprise-level websites smoothly. I have used many hosting solutions for WordPress, including Kinsta's direct competitors, and I can without a doubt say that Kinsta provides the best support, using the most knowledgeable people, who are both quick to respond and have the technical skills to immediately help. We previously used to use a bespoke (and costly!) AWS & Cloudflare setup for our multiple WP websites and after the transition to Kinsta, it was noticed that the performance of each website was noticeably quicker. The hosting fees were also dramatically reduced alongside the internal overhead to maintain and support our own hosting environment.Kinsta provides a good Developer Experience and they have recently released an API, which I look forward to further integrating their hosting with our deployment pipelines, such as creating pre-release backups of environments and cache clearing post-deployment. One thing to note is that Kinsta do control their environments and so access to nginx.config files need to be requested via support chat but this is done extremely fast.In the three years since my company have hosted with Kinsta, they have constantly improved their service offering, and have provided amazing support and I look forward to what the future holds.
