Martin was very clear with each step and in providing information for when the changes would take effect in authenticating my email. Support is always there when I need it, and this experience was also very helpful in solving my issue.
Siteground has lost it as they have grown. This is not a place for your site unless it is professionally managed. The UX is poor for an unexperienced site owner. They know this and instead of improving the UX and features, they implemented a paid subscription service so they make money instead of investing it in the user experience. This challenge is seen as a profit generator. In my case my site was ballooning in size due to a poorly designed feature of the site optimizer. But instead of it being easily addressable they persist in asking you to upgrade your plan for size - although it is not needed. So, unless you have a pro onboard to work around their systems - or want to pay them more money so they can - you need to go elsewhere.
