I recently acquired a VPS solution from Contabo, and I wish to share my experience. After the initial deployment, the server became inaccessible for two days (still down to this second). Despite opening multiple tickets on their support website, I have not received any communication from them.During the weekend, the control panel was showing that my server was fine and accessible but it wasn't. Two hours ago the control panel started showing an issue with the host system and they are working on fixing it. and still, not a single email!This lack of response is concerning, especially considering the critical nature of server uptime for businesses.I understand that technical issues can arise, but timely and effective communication is essential in these scenarios. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with Contabo. I hope this review will prompt Contabo to improve their customer service and support infrastructure.
I have been a customer for 9 years and can say that downtime is very rare. During all this time, until recently, I had a couple of incidents which have been promptly sorted out. However, apparently things are changing for the worse.My VPS is down for 4 days, I submitted 3 tickets, and no one acknowledges receipt or solves the problem. Tried the phone but always all assistants are busy. Definitely things are very different and I am considering leaving to another provider.Customer number: 73580
9 Days ago I bought an AMD 9 7900 Ryzen 12 Cores Dedicated Server at Sigapore location. Until now it can't be used. Support is very bad and doesn't provide good solutions. Now I canceled all contabo services.

This is the worst VPS service i have ever used in my life. The server was down 3 times within one month (3 times what i noticed, probably it was much more). Now i can't even restart the server or stop it or do anything. Theis support is also the worst! Their prices are low, now i understand why!

To avoid at any cost. I just can't understand how a hosting company goes on a weekend and leave customers servers down for days. As we speak, my server is down, no one to reach over email or phone. You simply can't rely on this provider for your digital business. I am migrating my data to a new company and asking all my network to do so.To contabo management: you are going down hill and if you don't take your customers service level seriously, you better change your activity....
The purchased service is unavailable for days and they are unable to respond. It's not a service, it's a scam.
