worst provider, they present the business email in such way that customer not aware of 5 accounts when customer look for one account and loot customer. Never go with Hostgator india.One of my worst decision to purchase email services form these guys. I have 2 cloud servers and I am facing downtime frequently for the last 6 months but they failed to resolve my issue and I lost business because of that. I told them but still, they are not taking this seriously. Anyways, I am going to raise a complaint in the consumer forum India as they claim a false promise of 99.9% uptime.

It is THE WORST hosting company I have ever encountered!!!I am on the BABY plan and ALL MY websites are down since yesterday and they are not even resolving the issue. I never faced such an issue with any other hosting company.Customer care doesn't reply.Even if websites load occasionally they are extremely slow (even on 5G).Shame on the company!

In my last hosting plan I was not given the amount of time and dedication that my website deserved hence I moved but with HostGator things are different. I just have one doubt but. Why are you guys not available 24/7? Is this a problem for you all? Me and my team call you at IST but still there are problems?

Hostgator is the worst web hosting provider on the Internet. I've purchased their baby plan for five years (Mt biggest regret, please don't fall into the trap). At the time of purchase, they've clearly mentioned that it comes with the Unlimited Domains Unmetered SSD Disk Space Unmetered Transfer Unlimited Email Account(s) Unlimited Databases Free Let's Encrypt SSL Free Domain for 1 Year Believe me, everything is useless. Because the server they are providing is the worst and useless. It won't only affect your business but their support team will drain your mental peace. Every time I've called their support team, I've spent more than 30 minutes and got ZERO results. I'd highly recommend to AVOID this WORST HOSTING COMPANY.At the time of writing this issue, I've made up my mind to change the server to namecheap or digitalocean and tried to log into my account, but they give me a memorable farewell surprise by showing the following error This site can’t be reached ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLESo even if their server is down, you can't access your files for the sack of downloading and moving. I tried to reach out to their customer support but as expected heard the same sentence - "Sorry Sir, We are working on it."For every new customer, I'd highly advise you to avoid this sh!tty company and for every existing customer, I'd recommend shifting the hosting before you face a similar issue.

I have tried to get in touch with your support but they are very slow and really irritating. It is almost like waiting in a queue for many hours. If you have the support team available which you claim that you do, how can I avail their help if they are not there 24/7 as you promise? How can I rely on you guys then?

Hosting is not worth the price I am shelling month on month. Let me explain, you servers are down most of the times so that really does not make sense to us, especially when you promise 99.9% of uptime. Your downtime is far too long and we have to wait till it comes up. For a dedicated server, this service is highly shady and unusual. I am content with the other services you provide and that is what is keeping me with you but you need to take this uptime aspect seriously if you want to have more customer.

Hostgator is a cheater in case of shared windows hosting...they have old hardware and selling them with false claim. So windows share hosting buyer do not waste your time and money it's a sincere appeal to those who do not know about them.

Not a very good service when it comes to interacting with their team that serves my account. I feel they are always busy. Please understand customers are the ones who pay you the money!I like their hosting and the uptime their plan for VPS that is providing me. Pricing could be more fair, support resolves problems but their other part of the service, when we asked about questions related to our account, they take time and end up confusing us. Finally I had to read on Google to get my answers. Features are good, and panel is user friendly. But pdefinitely need to work of the factors mentioned above.
